Returns & Exchanges

At Montezuma's, we want you to love every bite, but due to the perishable nature of our chocolate, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or faulty. Please contact our customer experience team within 30 days of receipt to resolve any issues with your order.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue regarding your chocolate delivery.

  • 2.
    Provide Evidence

    Attach clear photographs of the damaged packaging or faulty product to help us investigate the quality concern with our couriers and kitchen.

  • 3.
    Return Authorization

    If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid postage label for you to send the remaining product back to our chocolate warehouse for inspection.

  • 4.
    Refund or Replacement

    Once your claim is processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement order immediately.
